- Lead and manage global IT programs with a focus on customer onboarding and data integration.
- Utilize Informatica for data management and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Coordinate and manage virtual teams across different time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Report directly to the Head of Business Service with an indirect report to the Global Head of Customer Service.
- Utilize Viewpoint as the primary platform for project management and execution.
- Managing program and project delivery, including plans, risks, and issues through steering committees and governance forums.
- Managing teams at global, regional, and country levels to implement change.
Successful candidate
- 5-10 years of experience in leadership roles delivering global technology programs with significant business involvement, ideally within a relevant industry.
- Extensive experience defining and implementing large-scale technology change management frameworks and tools (impact analysis, stakeholder management, communications, training, support).
- Proven ability to lead vendor-heavy projects from RFP to BAU delivery.
- Experienced in reviewing, revising, and renegotiating technology and data vendor contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
