Role Overview:
For a great Cyber company, we are looking for a Marketing Manager in Singapore, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the marketing for the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns
Managing the marketing budget and ensuring alignment with our brand identity
Developing strategies and tactics to increase company visibility and drive qualified traffic
Leading the implementation of marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, PPC campaigns, events, social media, and lead generation
Creating valuable and engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target groups
Building strategic relationships and partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors
Monitoring and managing the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds wisely
Overseeing and approving marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight, and assessing against goals
Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals
Analyze leads from marketing campaigns and identify partnership opportunities
Initiate contact with potential partners through various channels including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Present The Company's value proposition to prospective partners effectively.
Assess partner hiring needs and recommend appropriate secondment solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and training teams to create effective partnership strategies.
Identify, develop, and negotiate contracts with new partners.
Provide detailed and analytical partnership reports to management.
Qualifications:
Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the cybersecurity industry or related field
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Google AdWords
Strong numerical skills and comfort with data analysis and spreadsheet processing
Aesthetic sensibility and a passion for crafting compelling copy
Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
