Working hours: 7.30am to 5pm
Responsibility:
- Office admin assistant including handling phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. including emails, letters.
- To perform invoicing data entry task, ensure timely updating and accuracy of data.
- Maintain office stationery supplies and replenish stock level when necessary.
- Maintain the proper filling and documents control.
- Maintaining and updating contact lists of vendors and suppliers.
- In change of maintenance - Liaise with technician, vendor or contractor for repair and maintenance of equipment, facility and building maintenance e.g. Air-con, copier machines, Pest control, water dispenser, air purifier, toilet air-fresher/sanitizer, lightings, doors, facility management, etc.
- In charge of company fleet vehicles upkeep, diesel usage and maintenance including renewal of road tax, insurance and COE.
- Provide general administration support.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Great knowledge in MS Excel & Autocount account/inventory software will be advantage.
- Able to work independently in fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude in learning.
