Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Human Resource (HR) / Office Executive Intern at St.Hua, you will play a pivotal role in working towards the betterment of the workspace environment by actively participating in initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction that align with organisational strategies and business needs.
Specifically, the Intern will (but not limited to):
- Manage on-boarding and new hire administration, as well as job posting on various platforms
- Assist in daily human resources operations, including but not limited to employee relations, HR staffing and training etc.
- Maintain staff information and records, support documents uploads and database management, e.g. data input, filing, and other clerical support
- Provide detailed performance reviews of employee performance with actionable feedback to facilitate employee development
- Assist in implementation of employee compensation and benefits administration programs as well as managing employment contracts
- Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
- Assist in course administration such as timely publicity of course information, generation of quotation and invoices, class enrolment, sending course confirmation emails, etc.
- Work collaboratively with Management team to support the maintenance of client databases, manage enquiries, follow up and fostering of good relationships with clients
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Social Sciences, Business, Communication, or related fields
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Technologically-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
- A good team player with initiative and positive working attitude
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
