Job Description
- Provide HR administrative and corporate services
- In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
- Applications for various types of claim, grants, programmes and courses for employees
- Updating of employees' personal particulars
- Managing of employees' leave and claims
- Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards
- Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
* 8-10 Weeks of lead time before starting work - Pre-Employment Administration
Requirements
- Diploma in HR or relevant discipline or A-Level with minimally one year of experience
- Singaporeans only
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
