- Provide advanced technical support for billing systems, ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to billing processes and systems.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance billing system functionalities and efficiency.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in billing operations.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into business terms and vice versa.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Participate in testing and deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration of new functionalities and updates.
- Provide training and support to end-users on billing system functionalities and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT application support and business analysis, with a focus on billing systems.
- Experience in MS Dynamics 365 / Salesforce or equivalent
- Experience in one full project / SDLC
