Job Scope
- Engage with customers to understand and document their needs, providing support for technical solution design.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and optimize feasible and effective solutions based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including technology, sales, R&D, and service providers, to ensure project progress and address technical or business issues promptly.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for product installation, configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting; offer accurate and professional assistance to internal teams and deliver necessary training to customers.
- Manage after-sales service, including product maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues; regularly gather customer feedback to inform R&D for continuous product and service improvement.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as installation guides, operation manuals, and troubleshooting procedures, for internal knowledge sharing.
- Perform other technology and customer service tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or relevant
- Minimum 5 years related experience in communication products or technical services
- Familiar with switches / servers / project delivery experience is an advantage
