Job Description
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other sub-contractors,
- Lead a team of professional & technical trained staff in planning, daily operation, liaise with client, consultants, sub-contractors & relevant authorities,
- Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes & WSH legislation and any other legal or regulatory requirements
- Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
- Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
- Attend regular meeting with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
- Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
- Respond swiftly to work delays. Emergencies and other problems.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements.
- Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level / Diploma in Engineering or Construction.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience on management in construction site.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Preferably possess own transport.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project is a must.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other acquired skill
- Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
- Relevant certificate - Construction site safety for Project Manager.
