Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Individual with the capability to project manage in the build environment. To come with him/her experience and exposure in interior build (m & e , statutory requirements knowledge - advantage), and able to communicate constructively with IDs or Architects.
Overall, the project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting the specified objectives and quality standardise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for work on-site and ensure completion to meet project schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing projects preferably with M&E and Construction project experience for Commercial, Residences and Hospitality nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, resourceful and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- PMP certification preferred
