Project Manager (Digital, Technology and Experiential)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the digital, technology and experiential sectors. As a Project Manager at Trinax, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
4. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

1. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have clear objectives and are working effectively.
2. Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
3. Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
2. Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

1. Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
2. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Design Thinking, UX Research and UI/UX Design (Preferred):

1. Collaborate with UX researchers and UI/UX designers to integrate user-centric design principles into projects.
2. Understand and incorporate user feedback and research findings into project planning and execution.
3. Work with design teams to ensure the final product meets user needs and provides an optimal user experience.

Events-Related Experience (Bonus):

1. Plan and coordinate events related to project launches, client presentations, and other company activities.
2. Ensure events are executed smoothly, aligning with project goals and client expectations.
3. Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for event-related activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital or technology sectors.
3. Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
7. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
8. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
9. Experience in UX research, UI/UX design, or events-related experience is highly desirable.
