Responsibilities
· Assist in developing and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to guidelines
· Write compelling grant proposals to secure funding for various initiatives
· Collaborate with government agencies, internal stakeholders, and community partners to drive project success
· Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and report on key performance indicators
· Conduct research and analysis to support project development and decision making
Requirements
· Degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing or related field
· Knowledge of the social service sector and a passion for serving vulnerable populations
· Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive communication
· Possess relevant working experience in a similar non-profit setting will be an advantage
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
