Options Group is currently seeking to hire an experienced mid to senior level executive search consultant in our Singapore office to support the team across APAC and EMEA regions. The prospective candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing clients according to their needs, and engaging in business development activities with existing hiring managers & prospective new clients in the Professional Services for India market.
Additionally, this person will be responsible for providing other strategic consulting solutions within the recruitment space for India market. As the candidate will act as the primary point of contact in APAC for team members in other regions (namely EMEA), they will be expected to closely collaborate with colleagues from other geographic locations daily in order better promote and facilitate cross-border search and consulting activities.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing prospective candidate/client lists across for the various asset classes within the Professsional Services for India market
- Previous recruitment experiences within the Professional Services for India market
- Forming strong relationships with hiring managers across existing/new clients for business development purposes via in-person/phone call/VC
- Qualifying and building relationships with candidates in-person/phone call/VC
- Coordination of interviews between candidates and clients
- Daily interaction with consultants across APAC and EMEA regarding business development, ideas for clients, etc.
- Collecting and collating relevant market intelligence within the India recruitment space in tandem with internal competitive intelligence team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience recruiting professionals
- Must have prior track record making cross-border placements in Asia, and a big plus if they have made placements in EMEA within the sector coverage mentioned above
- Prior work experience within the executive search space, preferably both in Asia and internationally
- Previous experience providing strategic consulting solutions within executive search (including talent planning/retention, team lift-outs, competition overview, compensation analysis, market intelligence/mapping) a big plus
- Must demonstrate experience utilizing resources aside from Linkedin and other online platforms to source candidates, market intelligence, and business development
- Experience conducting retained search projects is not a must, but would be good to have
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proactively engage with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues globally on a daily / weekly basis
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team member able to adapt and react quickly in a face-paced working environment
- Willingness to occasionally work European, India hours if required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English a must, with any other SE Asia language skills a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams, Word, etc
