1. General Description
- Participate in company construction projects and follow construction plans.
- Track and forecast on monthly project revenue and expenses, etc and other key project.
- Outline and determine project roles of team members based on respective project requirement, timeframe and budget.
- Establish and well documented and communicated schedule for all phases of project(s).
2. General Responsibility:
- Assisting on commissioning.
- Draw string drawing
- Planning, organizing and controlling projects and responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment
- Monitor and in charge construction projects from beginning to end, including staffing, maintaining policies, keeping the site safe and maintaining a set schedule
