Looking for Business Development Manager
The company is involved with Information Technology and provides expert outsourcing services for IT Infrastructure and IT software support.
The candidate would preferably have a network of IT professionals who have direct/indirect responsibility for the outsourcing of IT work.
Job Description
- Experience with Outsourcing Company and / or HR recruitment company working with placement of IT professionals
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and prospects, and achieve the monthly sales target set by the company;
- Gain a deep understanding of our services, contributing to the sales pipeline through presentations, calls, networking, referrals, and community events.
- Attend client meetings (events/programs), presentations, trade shows to gain industry contact.
- Engage and build excellent relationship with customers
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, sociable, and outgoing, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
- Able to work independently too.
- Willing to travel, if needed
- Relevant IT knowledge will be an added advantage
