About Prepped
Prepped's ready-to-cook meal kits are made up of raw ingredients that are chopped, washed and vacuum sealed for freshness. Prepped's meal kits allow everyone to enjoy the satisfaction of making and eating a healthy meal every day without sacrificing convenience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Main responsibility is to plan work and lead a team to prepare ingredients according to pre-determined recipes, while minimizing food wastage
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and follows relevant safety and hygiene regulations, in accordance with current regulations and Prepped’s standards
- In charge of ensuring sufficient inventory is available for planned tasks, and informs procurement manager for replenishment
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely, correctly and kept in good working condition at all times

Requirements
- Basic Food Hygiene certification required
- Work Hours: 6.30am - 4pm (includes break), Monday to Friday (no weekends/PH required)
- Understanding and experience with central kitchen operations would be ideal
- Training will be provided
- Working level English ability required
