Job Descriptions:
- Perform month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with GST procedures.
- Prepare journal entries and month-end schedules.
- Manage the full set of accounts.
- Review and analyze monthly financial reports.
- Handle fixed assets and ensure accurate recording.
- Oversee intercompany and related company settlements, reviewing all reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Supervise and mentor Accounts Assistants in their daily tasks.
- Assist in improving and developing internal controls and ensure they are enforced.
- Contribute to ad-hoc assignments and reports as needed.
- Handle secretarial and tax matters.
- Document key business process flows.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
- Assist in the annual budget exercise.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports (e.g., profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, and forecast).
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments on administrative matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with a high level of integrity.
- Experience with AX Dynamics is a plus.
