Our Prestige Client, headquartered in US, is looking for Project Director to lead the payment product project plan and delivery. You will overseeing all aspects of development and implementation of the organization's programs to match the business strategies and future directions.
You will be responsible for:
- Work closely with clients in APAC region for project discussion and project delivery
- Lead projects from initiation to delivery, managing through project schedules, project milestones, budget management, resources management, risk and governance as well as stakeholders management.
- Lead and manage project team members, evaluates their performance and ensure that resources are assigned according to the project needs.
- Identify new business opportunities to meet clients' business requirements and needs
The role requirements would be:
- Possess more than 10 years experience in project management
- Experienced in managing payment products and projects for banks/financial institutions
- Experienced in setting up business directions, goals, objectives and strategies
- Certified in PMP or CITPM
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with project team, direct reports as well as different business stakeholders and clients
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills to manage project effectively.
Other information about the role:
- Travelling within APAC region will be expected for 20% of your time
- Flexible work arrangement - you are able to work on hybrid mode
- Permanent role with authority to make decision
