Roles:
- Lead the sales efforts in assigned regions.
- Develop designated markets.
- Generate leads to increase sales opportunities.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales updates to management.
- Manage customer relations, feedback, and complaints.
- Stay informed about market requirements and user needs.
- Drive sales through both existing and new channels.
- Actively participate in trade shows, advertisements, and other marketing activities.
- Prepare reports on CRM, sales pipeline, activities, performance, and plans.
- Manage bid processes effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Group sales network to enhance commercial pipelines.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Managing Director or Business Development Director as required
Requirements:
- 10 years in the Maritime Industry with experience in business development in Marine Solutions.
- Experience in selling to charterers and shipowners
- Able to travel frequently
