Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments / reminder calls
- Maintain patient records as per PDPA Act
- Process billing in Clinic Management System & Insurance portals
- Process payments and daily cash deposits
- Indentify patients insurance coverage
- Customer service / support triage for patients
- Main clinic inventory / checking of stocks
- Dispensing of medication / with second checker
- Assist Doctors & Nurses
Secondary Responsibilities
- Perform procedures in treatment room eg Tonometry, Spirometry, Audiometry, ECG, Dresssing
- Maintain proper infection control standards
- Perform venepunture (with valid certification)

- Good application of tools for data management & analysis
- Foster a supportive & compassionate environment for patients
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels, Polytechnic Diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare setting
- Able to commit to night clinics (westside only) on rostered arrangement
- Available to start immediately or within a month
