Overview
- To devise, implement, and execute action plans aimed at achieving the Group's strategic objectives.
- To identify and engage new customers in untapped markets.
- To penetrate new markets effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential greenfield opportunities aligned with organisation's future strategic direction.
- Assist in conducting and formulating comprehensive business solution studies for implementation.
- Participate in pilot testing of business solutions with customers, potential partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Identify strategic leveraging opportunities to expand geographic presence, deepen customer relationships, and realize potential growth.
- Drive sales of new solutions and negotiate deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a business development role required for managerial positions.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of conducting deep market and customer trend analysis, identifying market needs, and proposing effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building and converting relationships into business opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally at short notice.
