Location: Tampines
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with monthly GST return and accounting tasks.
- Support the finance department with data entry and general ledger postings.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Handle day-to-day office and administrative duties (e.g., collecting mail, filing)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Accountancy or related field
- Entry level interested in accounting are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
