JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Be able to do 8D reports arising from the customers' complaints.
2. Suggest solutions to identify product problems.
3. Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customers' satisfaction.
4. Co-ordinate regular reviews with customers to understand their complaints on any quality issue of the products we shipped.
5. Co-ordinate customers' audits or site visits for customer qualification or quality issues.
6. Able to manage and facilitate company's ISO9001-2015 systems and reporting.
7. Communicate and provide customer service to potential and existing customers.
REQUIREMENT :
- Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a semi-conductor manufacturing environment.
- Proactive and great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer service skills.
