Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Setup of Manufacturing Plant:
Coordinate and oversee the setup and establishment of the manufacturing plant according to project requirements and timelines.
Ensure all necessary infrastructure, facility, equipment, and resources are in place for seamless operations.


2. Facilitate Process Optimization and Production Fulfillment:
Manage and facilitate process optimization with continuous improvement.
Ensure production demands are met efficiently and effectively, optimizing workflow and automation.


3. Project Scheduling:
Analyze project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive project schedules.
Calculate time requirements and sequence project elements to ensure timely completion.


4. Project Progress Monitoring and Coordination:
Monitor project progress against milestones and schedules.
Coordinate activities among quality assurance, engineering, and production teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.


5. Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project.


Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience:

Minimum 5 years proven experience in handling project management, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion, including plant setup and production processes.
Experience in handling global projects is an advantage.


2. Skills:
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Knowledge of building and facility, safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable to manufacturing environments.


3. Attributes:
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
