Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sponsors' exhibition logistics and virtual event needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain meticulous records using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Manage events budget and collaborate across teams.
- Liaise with external providers, ensuring smooth logistics.
Requirements:
- Operations best practices in Conferences/Exhibitions a plus
- Wordpress/virtual platform skills a plus
- Budget management
- Strong customer service
- Multitasking and time-management
- Good writing and phone skills
- Able to start work immediately
