Job Description
- Manage enquiries for large groups, social events, weddings, and related functions.
- Coordinate pre-event discussions and site inspections to execute and deliver actual event arrangements.
- Plan and manage all event details, including menu selection, decor, seating arrangements, and audio-visual requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments (eg. Sales, Kitchen, F&B and other operational departments) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Prepare sales materials, quotations, presentations, and contracts to secure business deals.
- Provide regular updates to the management on sales activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in event sales in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
