We’re looking for an Employee Conduct Product Manager, Authorized Officer for 9 months to:
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and work with IT to plan the delivery of the requirements;
- Conduct platform demonstrations for stakeholders;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to define and redesign current process flows;
- Ensure data security and policy adherence through design standards;
- Document final requirements to hand to development team for implementation;
- Present requirements to developers clarifying their questions and work with the team product solutioning;
- Attend daily agile delivery meetings to ensure development work is accurate and provide any further clarifications on requirements or design;
- As development matures, conduct 'show and tell' sessions with stakeholders and process owners/users to gather feedback and improvements/change requirements;
- Coordinate tollgates for sign-off and handover for release and testing;
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Conduct stakeholder training sessions on final solution and prepare for UAT;
- Manage any defects/issues and associated fixes identified during UAT;
- Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and timelines for successful release;
- Finalize the transition to production – training and prepare the related documentation for stakeholders and IT support;
- Conduct retrospective meetings to identify project strengths and liabilities, in order to improve the process;
- Provide extended support to stakeholders immediately after launch (reducing to a lighter support on an ongoing basis); and
- Monitor the backlog for incremental enhancements, following the cycle of Planning, Design, Delivery, UAT and Release and Post release.

Your expertise
- A Master’s degree in Project Management, Finance, Computer Engineering, Risk or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or a related occupation.delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry, alternatively,
- A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Finance, Computer Engineering, Risk or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager
The position requires experience in the following:
- HR & Compliance platforms such as Licensing & Registration management, PADealing preclearance and monitoring, Affirmation, HR, Disclosures & Approvals management;
- Process knowledge including Employee Conflicts of Interest which includes but is not limited to Restricted Persons; External Directorship, Private Investments, Personal Account Dealing, and Employee Relatives and Relationships
- Business Analysis;
- Working within the Agile methodology;
- Applications such as JIRA Software and Blueprint;
- Software solutions such as ServiceNow, Cloud and Flowable; and
- Risk, Compliance, and Employee Conduct Policies, Controls, and Procedures.
