- Lead digital projects and IT solutions implementation in Retail, Office, Healthcare, and Hospitality sectors in Singapore and SEA (Malaysia/Thailand) as needed.
- Serve as the main liaison across functional areas and Business Units in Singapore and SEA, utilizing solutions from China and coordinating with China IT for global rollout.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and Business Units to understand business processes, strategies, and resources.
- Have a strong technical background and broad knowledge of technology solutions, coordinating and integrating internal and external resources and platforms.
- Evaluate IT demands, work with Technology Business Partners to address requirements, and provide guidance on standard solutions.
- Promote industry best practices, share information on leading technology trends, and offer recommendations for business operations.
- Experienced in managing the development, integration, and implementation of key solutions through Integrated Project Management.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, tender preparation (RFQ/RFP/RFI), evaluation, and selection.
- Oversee IT operations with company IT support, providing level 1 application and technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation via IT support systems.
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure and security activities and projects with Group IT support.
- Monitor IT applications and infrastructure, leveraging Group IT, and provide insightful reports to the Perennial management team.
