VP, Business Development


The VP, Business Development will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring the seamless delivery of products/services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to manage the entire sales process.


Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Process Management

  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Monitor and optimize sales workflows and processes.

Team Development

  • Mentor and develop the sales team, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Experience in the SaaS sector is a plus.
