Job Description :
- Handle all workers-related HR Administrative works
- Update, maintain, and organize HR records and filing system
- Assist HR Executive with all HR-related works
- Ensure HR operational excellence by efficiently and accurately managing processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management
- Ensure an excellent service experience for employees by delivering employee-facing processes effectively
- Assist in maintaining an HR operations knowledge base
Job Requirement :
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 - 3 yrs experience as a HR Operations Specialist or similar role (added advantage in construction sector)
- Understanding of full-cycle HR operational processes
- Familiarity with microsoft office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
