About Our Client
My client, a leading global institution in Singapore renowned for its exceptional education and innovation across various fields, is embarking on multiple new building and renovation projects. As a result, this role has emerged to manage these upcoming initiatives.
Job Description
- Managed a team of project managers responsible for new build projects and renovation projects, covering end to end project cycle including planning, design, procurement, contract administration, site supervision, stakeholder coordination, testing and commissioning, project account management, and defect resolution.
- Ensured timely and budget-compliant project completion, with seamless handover to end user and the facility management team
- Manage external consultants to ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines.
- Provided regular and ad-hoc progress reports on assigned projects for management review.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree of Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction Management
- Professional qualification would be an advantage (Registered with the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent)
- 15 years+ of relevant working experience in end to end construction project management
- Solid experience in handling new building development or A&A projects.
