Your Mission:
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and screen potential investment opportunities in the energy sector, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments.
- Lead Deal Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from initial screening and due diligence to valuation, negotiation, structuring, and closing.
- Drive Financial Success: Utilize your expertise in financial modeling and valuation to assess the financial viability of potential transactions and ensure optimal deal terms.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless deal execution and integration.

Your Expertise:
- M&A Specialist: Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions in the energy sector, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring principles.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze complex business situations, identify key value drivers, and develop creative solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve results, with a strong work ethic and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in M&A transaction execution.
- Experience working in the energy sector or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
