Our client is a global leader in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Planning Manager/ Superintendent.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager.
- Responsible for Planning, monitoring and controlling of the Projects.
- Responsible for L4 schedule/MP Histogram/S Curves/RDC preparation.
- Responsible for the overall weekly/monthly progress report preparation and ensure that it is delivered to the Client in a timely manner.
- Review, Monitor & Analyze the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.
- Attend Client/internal meeting. Highlight Area of concern, critical path and 2 weeks look ahead plan to the project teams.
- Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop contingency plans and work with the project team to mitigate risks.
- Evaluate and assess the impact of any changes to the project scope, schedule or resources.
- Work with the project team to implement changes and update project plan accordingly.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Min 8 years of relevant working experience in marine shipyard or related industry
- Experience using Primavera software, P6
