Project Manager - Finance System Implementation (Contract)

Purpose: This contract role is required for NETSUITE ERP implementation across the region under SINGAPORE HQ


Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

1) Overall project manager for NETSUITE ERP implementation across the region under Singapore HQ.

2) Provide weekly updates on the progress. Highlight any potential risks/issues immediately and propose solutions.

3) Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

4) Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.

5) Maintain and review comprehensive project documentation including preparation and review workflows

6) Stakeholder Management – Establish and manage relationship for all stakeholders

7) Risk Management to ensure minimum project risks

8) Ability to be hands-on depending on resource allocation – perform UAT testing or coverage for finance activities to relieve users to conduct UAT

9) Any Ad-hoc assignments


Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in sales (executing sales process, navigating long sales cycle and complex decision process and team selling scenarios).
  • Proven record as project manager in similar project implementation
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in accounting software such as Oracle Netsuite and Hyperion will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking.
  • Strong verbal communications skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to management and peers.
  • Willingness to take up contract role for at least 9 months, upto 1 year.
