Responsibilities
- Managing and monitoring MOM work pass application and renewal.
- Submission of government-paid claims, e.g. Childcare leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity Leave, etc.
- Administer the Leave module under HRIS and provide advice on payroll matters
- Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, exit docs, etc.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative work, e.g. timely update of employees’ leave applications, insurance claims, etc.
- General administrative support, reception work (when necessary), etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- 4-5 years of HR operation related experience.
- Experience in MOM work pass application for professionals, managers and executives
- Experience in regional or MNC environment will be an added advantage
- Willing to commit and take accountability
