We are looking for an Event Services Manager. You will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of events and delivering memorable experiences to the guests which will drive financial excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate timely with Operations team on guests’ requests, requirements and logistical matters of the events.
- Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of brand standards, operational leadership and interaction with guests and associates.
- Handle feedback from guests.
- Ensure pre and post events follow-ups are conducted timely.
- Update guests’ profiles and database.
Talent Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Diploma / Degree from a recognized hospitality / tertiary institution.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to direct changes.
