Business Development Manager

Worldline It And Payment Services (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships within the financial technology sector across the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.

- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and acquire new clients in the Asia-Pacific region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

- Negotiate and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets.

3. Partnership Development:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.

- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing and sales initiatives.

4. Product Expertise:

- Gain a deep understanding of our cloud-based card management systems and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our solutions meet market demands.

5. Sales Planning and Reporting:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve company goals.

- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.

6. Networking and Industry Engagement:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and network with potential clients and partners.

- Stay updated on industry developments and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the technology or related industry.

- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and card management systems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region as needed.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages spoken in the Asia-Pacific region (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) are a plus.
