Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Job Type: 1 Year Contract with completion bonus
Salary: $2,100 - $2,600
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Review and verify AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding, matching, and timely preparation of payments to suppliers
- Enter data for AR and AP transactions
- Update AR aging report and actively follow up on collections
- Perform monthly reconciliations for AR/AP and costing transactions
- Handle purchase order (PO) invoice entry and posting
- Update daily cashbook and perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly reporting and year-end audit reviews
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- GCE N/O/NITEC/A level/Diploma or a relevant certification in Accounting
- 1-2 years of accounting experience handling AR and AP, with knowledge of GST
