Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Taiseng
Working Day: 3 Days in the Office, 2 Days working from home
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: up to $2800 (Depends on experience)
Job Duties:
- Handle full employee life cycle activities, such as recruitment & onboarding, personnel management & administration, and exit management.
- Provide support for Compensation & Benefits administration, including e-leave and Online OT submission applications.
- Monthly payroll administration (Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll processing)
- Assistant in annual performance and salary review
- Assist in the yearly manpower budgeting exercise.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies to administer the necessary licensing work pass, renewal, and cancellation for foreign staff.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly HR/manpower reports for management, and those required by Government Bodies
- Administer all government claims (Maternity leave, NS claim, Child-care leave claim, etc)
- Sourcing of appropriate training programs and obtaining applicable government grants.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employees’ records etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines.
- Meticulous and process-driven
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Healthcare/Retail industry will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Navision and Hyperion preferably
