About Soarability
Soarability believes that environmental big data with ultra-high spatial-temporal resolutions lays the foundation for people to make informed decisions. Since its foundation, Soarability has focused on developing class-leading environmental mobile sensing solutions for hazardous gases and greenhouse gases (GHG), bringing ultra-high-spatial-resolution environmental data within reach. Our current product portfolio includes both ground-based and UAV-based sensors.
Soarability recently set up its HQ in Singapore and is currently seeking for talented individuals to join our growing team as we continue to innovate and push the boundaries of environmental sensing technology.
The Role
- We are looking for a proactive and dedicated team member/leader who is eager to roll up their sleeves and get things done. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to driving projects to completion/success.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for creating and implementing SOPs across various teams within the organisation.
- Create & maintain SOPs for (including but not limited to) product production, assembly, testing, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Communicate SOPs clearly to the relevant teams, ensuring that all team members have access to and understand the procedures.
- Organize production personnel training and effect evaluation, optimize SOPs promptly based on the iterative optimization of products through R&D to ensure accurate operating standards.
- Lead the design of software and hardware testing environments for new materials or product conversions, introducing them into mass production.
- Responsible for technical control in the product production process, optimizing production processes, and improving quality and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor production plans, ensuring effective inventory, material control and delivery.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues that arise during operation.
- Perform regular maintenance, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions as necessary.
- Analyse, track, and improve production line process abnormalities, control product yields, and provide feedback, tracking, and resolution of problem points to improve efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop, guide, and lead high-performing teams in supporting continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery performance through the deployment of a continuous improvement framework.
- Mandarin language proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
