WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic social media marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to cultivate a strong online presence and achieve our brand objectives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and tailor content accordingly.
- Create engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). This includes crafting compelling written content, designing visually appealing graphics, and planning captivating video content.
- Manage and maintain brand voice and consistency across all social media channels.
- Schedule and publish content strategically to maximize reach and engagement.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a local diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally with a demonstrably successful track record.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.) and their functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience with video editing and graphic design a plus.
