Job Description:
· Support the full recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, pre-screening of candidates, interviews scheduling, maintaining personnel records in HR system.
· Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
· Follow up on exit related matters which includes resignations and contract expiry.
Other administrative duties as required
Working Arrangement:
Location: JEM
Salary: $13.50/H
Contract Duration: 3 Months
42 hours/week, Monday to Friday
8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs)
8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Business, Human Resource or related fields with at least 1 year of working experience.
· Good IT skills and able to work on multiple IT systems and platforms.
· Competent in Microsoft Excel software.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task
Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
