The Role:
As a Human Capital Executive, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of Singapore’s semiconductor workforce. You will execute impactful projects and programs to raise industry awareness, enhance workforce skills, and forge new talent pipelines. This role offers the satisfaction of developing industry leaders and contributing to the growth of a critical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and synergize the SSIA Career Conversion Program (CCP), coordinating with stakeholders and overseeing all administrative aspects.
- Plan and execute prestigious programs like the Singapore Semiconductor Leadership Accelerator Program (SSLA) and Leadership in Engineering, collaborating with the Marcom and Project Teams.
- Spearhead industry outreach initiatives, including career talks and fairs, both locally and internationally.
- Coordinate the execution of "Industry Relevant Courses," managing training schedules and marketing strategies.
- Oversee all events and programs under the Human Capital Development workstream, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with the Marcom team to craft communication campaigns that amplify our industry’s presence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of the semiconductor and electronics industry is a plus.
- Exceptional judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- An independent, proactive, mature, meticulous, goal-oriented individual who remains composed under pressure.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and confidentiality.
