Responsibilities:
- Develop new skincare formulations based on market trends, customer feedback, and scientific research.
- Modify existing formulations to improve product performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct stability tests and compatibility tests to ensure product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ingredients, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality raw materials for formulations.
- Document all formulation activities, including ingredient lists, manufacturing processes, and test results.
- Assist in troubleshooting formulation issues during production.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working in a similar role / No experience is welcome
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Enjoys working with skincare products
- Able to communicate with all levels
- Minimum Secondary School science background or a diploma and degree in a science related discipline
