Job Descriptions
· Handle application/issuance/renewal/cancellation of passes for staff (SP, EP). Verification of certificate for EP Holder.
· Handle Recruitment & Selection, source the right candidates, arrange interviews and send out interview confirmation. Keep record of interview list in server. Update to hiring manager.
· Involve in interviewing process with hiring manager and ensure all records are kept properly.
· Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, self-evaluation, setup of Whyze for newcomers, offboarding and Exit Clearance.
· Liaise with Recruitment Agencies.
· Apply petrol card/MHC card for confirmed staffs & maintain proper records.
· Arrange YTC assets to Staff & Workers (Agreements for Staff). Template of Asset Handover Form.
· Organize team-bonding activities / implementations to retain staff.
· Involve in ISO audits and assist in documents required.
· Involve in GGBS Audit and preparation of slides.
· Involve in new implementations for the company, employee benefits.
Requirements
· Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration.
· At least 3 years of related HR & Admin.
· Cheerful, responsible, meticulous, fast-thinker and takes initiative in work.
· Fast Learner, able to get things done fast in a systematic way.
· Fluent in English & Chinese, Malay is a plus.
· Knowledge of Sage Payroll System & Whyze HR System is a plus.
· Only Singaporean/ Singaporean PR/Malaysians are welcomed to apply.
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
