Product Manager, Orthopaedics Japan based in Singapore

Responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention in Japan Market.
Reponsibilities:
- Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of growing product awareness and growing sales and profits.
- Plan, prioritize, and implement marketing and sales programs.
- Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams.
- Track market and company sales performance.
- Work closely with marketing teams to build programs.
- Generate leads through marketing campaign to drive sales.
- Capture and report customer intelligence to sales teams.
- Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company
- Build programs that drive brand dedication.
- Develop effective account conversion strategies to accelerate adoption.
- Resolve product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and efficiently communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales.
- Improve forecast performance of business through detailed understanding of underlying demand assumptions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Develop understanding of product line and value chain.
- Efficient inventory management.
- Support medical education event in Singapore.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading sales, marketing, and product management in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopaedics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex problems and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Work experience for Artificial Joint Market in Japan.
- Proficient in Japanese to connect with Japanese surgeon.
- Proficient in English to connect with Global Marketing.
- Deep knowledge for Biomechanics and artificial joint.
