This role will focus on our POS+SaaS platform (KConnect):
KConnect serves as a one-stop service platform that enables SME merchants to manage their core business operations With the three fundamental principles: Co-sharing, Co-creating and Co-building, it accelerates business growth of platform partners through sharing exclusive business resources, growth opportunities, greater exposure and more benefits within the KConnect Ecosystem
Job Duties:
- Execute product strategy with a mature understanding of KPay’s business model and company strategy
- Initiate discovery work with the help of cross-functional team members to break down business problems into customer problems and vice versa
- Conduct market/user analysis to validate and prioritise problem-to-solve
- Translate product ideas into detailed product requirement documents
- Define and track Objectives and Key Results on a product requirement level
- Create delivery plans for product requirements and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the design, development, QA, and release stages
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above 3-5 years as a digital product manager with experience in product lifecycle management, including product and market research, competitor analysis, requirements development, and product launch
- Working experience in the payment industry (POS software particularly), SaaS industry is required
- Practical experience in charge of building a POS software system from scratch would be better
- High effectiveness in collaborating cross-functional teams A self-starter, hungry learner, and yearns for a fast-paced start-up culture
