- Platform Management: Oversee and manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok, ensuring the creation of engaging and relevant content.
- Trend Monitoring: Conduct research to stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse social media performance, generating insightful reports to inform strategy.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers and the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach and engage our audience.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry news, events, and opportunities to enhance social media content and strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a knack for developing engaging content.
