Job Description
- Managing AP using accounting software and other programs
- Handling accounts for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Preparation of inventory report.
- Assist in AR duties
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Job Requirement:
- Account/ Business / Economics related qualifications required
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Superb time management skills and detail orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
- Experience in accounts is an advantage
- Experience with accounting software and online platforms is an advantage
- No experience required, full training will be provided
