- Working Days/Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full spectrum of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and employee engagement.
- Manage the quarterly salary review process, bonuses and promotions.
- Devising an equitable compensation strategy to attract and retain employees, fostering job satisfaction and driving business performance.
- Management of HRMS software; payroll, CPF Submission, income tax, leave and claims administration.
- Utilization and managing of various Job Portals for hiring needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the Company objectives.
- Maintaining of employees' P-file and ensure filing are up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Training will be provided.
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a preference for familiarity with HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, practices and regulations.
- Familiar with SMARTHRMS/Timesoft software
- Candidates able to commence work within short notice will be an added advantage.
