Job Description:
- Ensure accurate day to day recordings of accounting transactions.
- Maintain and track office management expenses and budgets
- Oversee the quarterly GST, monthly CPF and annual employee income tax (IR8A/IR21) submission.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
- Direct and manage all recruitment matters.
- Handle the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc
- Process NSman make-up pay claim, government-paid leave schemes, government grants and submissions such as MOM surveys, wage surveys, etc
- Manage and upkeep all employee records and personnel files in a safe and confidential manner.
- Processing payroll and other payroll related activities (GL entries, bonus accruals, CPF reporting, etc)
- Setting up and update employee data into the payroll software
- Assist in the maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment such as copiers, air-conditioners, keeping track and maintaining company properties (laptops, desktops, office keys, etc)
- In charge of the various funding application to various government bodies and routine government surveys.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Able to handle full set accounts independently
- Minimum 3 years experience
- The candidate must possess at least a recognised qualification in Accounting
